Why Crowdlender

Institutional collateral-backed income. AI-Powered Servicing and Reporting.

We give accredited investors a fractional position in the same caliber of private credit that pension funds and endowments hold — secured loans across commercial real estate and venture debt, alongside institutional lenders.

Institutional Sourcing

Every offering is sourced from lenders and sponsors with an established track record. Fewer than 4% of reviewed loans make it to the marketplace.

Predictable Cash Flow

Contracted interest on a set schedule, regardless of how the underlying asset performs operationally.

Collateral Protection

Each loan is secured — by institutional-quality real property in real estate credit, and by revenue and enterprise value in venture debt.

Scheduled Distributions

Interest is distributed on the loan's schedule, typically monthly or quarterly, by ACH to your linked bank account.

Transparent Reporting

Audited financials, underwriting models, and investor letters are available to every participant through the investor dashboard.

Passive Income

No tenants, no toilets, no trash — just scheduled payments.

Gary Wingfield - Attorney Wingfield and Associates

"I had a 1031 client with a tight clock and no clean replacement property. Crowdlender gave them an institutional-quality, professionally managed option that closed inside the window."
